For My Loan Repayment!
For a very Old Loan (16 years!)
In this Holy Month of Ramadhan Fasting!
Ramadhan Mubarak! Ramadhan Kareem!
Arriving at the stage when you feel it is just useless to keep fighting for your case! When Fear just faces you straight on the face – and you simply cannot fight your case anymore – because you know well that no one wants to hear anything from you in your defence – and people have already sided with those against you because they have Money, Power and Wastah – and you do not!

Looking for Financial Assistance and Support to help me to pay to the Bank!
My Dear Family, Friends, Brothers, Sisters & The Islamic Ummah & Others!
Ramadhan Mubarak & Ramadhan Kareem!
For an old loan (16 years!) for my defunct Consultancy – and to remove and clear my name from The No Civil Status (Blacklisted) now for almost 18 months – where I cannot travel and or move. With my vehicle Yukon GMC that I am still paying monthly installments the Mulkiya Vehicle Registration not allowed to be renewed! I cannot use my vehicle – and is just parked in front of my villa only!
I am fully aware that the upper hand is better than the lower hand – but trust me I have tried my best not to come to this stage – but all the options that we have tried have not been successful to date! Any amount that you can afford in this Holy Month of Ramadhan Fasting is most welcome!

Be Merciful for Allah SWT to be Merciful to You!
“He who does not show mercy shall see no mercy (from his Lord).”
“Allah is not merciful to him who is not merciful to men.” The Holy Quran 2.278
Whosoever removes a worldly grief from a Believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Judgment. Whosoever alleviates [the lot of] a needy person, Allah will alleviate [his lot] in this world and the next. Whosoever shields a Muslim, Allah will shield him in this world and the next. Allah will aid a slave [of His] so long as the slave aids his brother.
“The best charity is that which is practiced by a wealthy person. And start giving first to your dependents.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari] Volume 2, Book 24, Number 507
Narrated Abu Huraira (May Allah be pleased with him):
The Prophet (peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujahid (warrior) who fights for Allah’s Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari] Volume 7, Book 64, Number 265
Pickthall
Establish worship, and pay the poor-due; and whatever of good ye send before (you) for your souls, ye will find it with Allah. Lo! Allah is Seer of what ye do. (2:110)
Sahih International
Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west, but [true] righteousness is [in] one who believes in Allah , the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, and the Prophets and gives wealth, in spite of love for it, to relatives, orphans, the needy, the traveler, those who ask [for help], and for freeing slaves; [and who] establishes prayer and gives Zakah; [those who] fulfill their promise when they promise; and [those who] are patient in poverty and hardship and during battle. Those are the ones who have been true, and it is those who are the righteous. (2:177)
Pickthall, Muhsin Khan, Saheeh International
The likeness of those who spend their wealth in Allah’s way is as the likeness of a grain which groweth seven ears, in every ear a hundred grains. Allah giveth increase manifold to whom He will. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing. Those who spend their wealth in the Cause of Allah, and do not follow up their gifts with reminders of their generosity or with injury, their reward is with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. A kind word with forgiveness is better than almsgiving followed by injury. Allah is Absolute, Clement. O you who have believed, do not invalidate your charities with reminders or injury as does one who spends his wealth [only] to be seen by the people and does not believe in Allah and the Last Day…. (2:261-264, part)
Pickthall
Lo! those who believe and do good works and establish worship and pay the poor-due, their reward is with their Lord and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve. (2:277)
Another one of the favourite hadiths because it teaches us to get up and do something:
On the authority of Abu Sa’eed al-Khudree (May Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say,
“Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Muslim]

The Importance of Justice!
The Quran, the sacred scripture of Islam, considers justice to be a supreme virtue.
It is a basic objective of Islam to the degree that it stands next in order of priority to belief in God’s exclusive right to worship (Tawheed) and the truth of Muhammad’s (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prophethood. God declares in the Quran:
“God commands justice and fair dealing…” (Quran 16:90)
Prophet Muhammad underscored the importance of rulers being just in one of his famous sayings.
“There are seven categories of people whom Allah will shelter under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His. (One will be) a just leader.” (Saheeh Muslim)
The Qur’an warns believers against subjective factors or personal emotions leading them to deviate from the path of justice, which is also the path of Islam, but it weighs heavily upon those who are required to adjudicate in disputes or to give judgment on other issues.
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: That is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.” (Al-Maidah: 8)
Muslims are also called upon to rise above social evils such as nepotism and favoritism. Almighty Allah says in the Qur’an,
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.” (Al-Nisa: 135)

Oppressing Others!
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) reports that_
_Rasoolullah (صلي الله عليه وسلم) said:_
“Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation/honour or anything else should seek to be absolved by him before [the day when] there will be neither Dinaar nor Dirham _[there will be no money on the day of Qiyaamah to pay for any oppression committed]_
If he [the oppressor] has good deeds, they will be taken from him to balance the injustice he did, and if he does not have any good actions, the bad deeds of [the oppressed] will be loaded onto him.”
*(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 2449)*

On increasing (Dhulum) your property by Riba Interest!
The Holy Quran 30.39 Surah AR Ruum
By Pickthall
That which ye give in usury in order that it may increase on (other) people’s property hath no increase with Allah; but that which ye give in charity, seeking Allah’s Countenance, hath increase manifold.
By Yusuf Ali
That which ye lay out for increase through the property of (other) people, will have no increase with Allah: but that which ye lay out for charity, seeking the Countenance of Allah, (will increase): it is these who will get a recompense multiplied.
****
O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of interest, if you should be believers. 2.279
And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allah and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal – [thus] you do no wrong, nor are you wronged. Quran 2.280
And if someone is in hardship, then [let there be] postponement until [a time of] ease. But if you give [from your right as] charity, then it is better for you, if you only knew.
And fear a Day when you will be returned to Allah. Then every soul will be compensated for what it earned, and they will not be treated unjustly.
